Since each item is unique, ordering
by style number is not possible. But after many successful phone orders,
a good system has evolved.
The basic principle of the ordering system is simple: you pay if the bowl
which we ship meets your expectations.
1. You call and/or fill out
the online form (see below) so we can discuss your needs and what is available.
2. We email a photo of the bowl(s) which we think you'll like.
3. You tell us what you want shipped. You provide credit card info, but
are not charged until you receive and approve of the bowl.
4. We ship via UPS or USPS.
5. You approve or decline by phone or email.
